Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Most items ship from Brisbane; some orders may ship directly from our Australian suppliers to speed up delivery.
- in rare instances products that are not in stock
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Special Order & Overseas-Sourced Products
Some products offered by Eurowerx Automotive are sourced specifically to order from Australian or international suppliers.
- Lead times for these products can vary and may be affected by supplier availability, customs clearance, international freight schedules, and other factors beyond our control.
- Estimated delivery times provided for special-order products are indicative only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
- Customers will be advised if significant delays are expected.

- Australia – Regional/Remote: 3 – 10 business days
- New Zealand: 5 – 10 business days (customs clearance may extend timeframes)

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, delivery location, and the service selected. Final costs are shown before payment.
Tracking

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly via our form below and we’ll assist with investigation and resolution.
- We comply with the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act. Where goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Shipping Restrictions
Some oversized/heavy items or restricted goods may be unavailable for New Zealand and other international delivery or require special handling. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
